Another Small House Design

This is another small house design. Most houses are designed on a flat lot so there is very little you can do to make it interesting. I like houses on sloped lots because you can do all sorts of neat things with stairs and levels. Of course if it's too steep you have a new set of problems. This is a house designed after some houses in the Sonoma area. It kind of looks like it could be nestled in some oak trees across from some big field. Of course the problem with designing this way is that I only know two sides of the building.
