It’s been a while since I posted. I've been on a mountain bike trip over the last 14 days. Here's a drawing I did about a month ago, but waited to post it because it's so dark, probably the darkest I’ve ever done. I try not to only focus on the beautiful things of this world, there is pain and suffering as well. In this drawing I was trying to convey a scary post-apocalyptic feeling. World War One was one of the darkest periods of recent history. Lately, there have been many films discussing the end of the world, mostly as cautionary tales, but if not done well, they can make the audience lose hope. I prefer to look back at a time where many horrible mistakes were made, but we have resolved many of them, and are continuing to.
